Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sugarland, TX! Join the Breakthrough ABA Family! Sign-On Bonus: $200 for Behavior Technicians and $500 for Registered Behavior Technicians. Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months of employment and 50% after 6 months of employment.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
- Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and report data on target behaviors
- Participate in behavior management programming
- Support families with modeling and caregiver training
- Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule: - Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications: - Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
- Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
